    LikE very much.
    is that a real hand?

  2. Well…I don’t THINK so…
    (Thanks, Gavin.)

It looks real and damnable creepy.

  4. So…I was focused on the layout–a “found” tableau with geometric gridwork restraining the peeling paint, broken glass and random nails.
But you can certainly make a case for creepy.
    🙂
    Sigh…

I’m working very hard at enjoying the red/green complementary palette against the gridded neutral background….but can’t get past the oh so real hand. This would have been an accepted entry into the Hardy…..

    • I just pulled up the original non-edited shot and blew it to 200% and I will say that it is hyper-real. More sighing…you guys are right. I personally like this picture and used a light oil-painting effect to pop it into the realm of not-real. It wasn’t all about the hand for me. So…for the next couple of days I will be visiting the archives to post NON-creepy hand shots to balance this one out.

  6. Waving or asking for help?
I like this. Nice composition. Green glass nice. (Broken edge suggests danger to unwary hands. hmmm)
